The G(irls)20 Summit brings together one delegate from each G20 country, plus a representative from the chair country of the African Union (Equatorial Guinea).
The delegates debate, discuss and design innovative ideas necessary to empower girls and women globally. While the agenda is the same as the G20 leaders and focuses on economic innovation – the participants eligible to apply are only girls, aged 18-20.
Passionate, forward thinking, solution oriented young women from a G20 country or representing the European or African Union (delegate must be from Equatorial Guinea) are invited to apply.
The summit will take place between the 16th-21st of October, 2011 in Paris, France.
